Our screened-in porch screens were destroyed in the blizzard. We are SO grateful for the professional and efficient work you did to restore them and make it possible for us to enjoy our favorite space this summer. I had large bay window that had broken. College Town came out the same day and took measurements. They were back a few weeks later with a custom sized piece. Josh and Steve came to install it and were in and out super fast! Shelly was extremely friendly and took our request for a broken Pella window, allowing us to send her photos for the technical staff. The next day, Steve came to assess the unique window and not only cleaned the glass, but showed us how to work this type of window. He was exceptionally optimistic about returning to fix it, unlike any other glass company we contacted. We look forward to completion of the job. A company that can introduce themselves in this manner is very welcome.
